Logan D. Delany, Jr / Chairman of the Board, ElectroCraft, Inc.
Logan has an extensive background in finance, acquisitions and leveraged buyouts. Prior to forming Delany Capital Management, he was First Vice President in the merger and acquisition group at Drexel Burnham Lambert Incorporated. He holds an A.B. degree in economics from Harvard College, a J.D. from Harvard Law School and studied economics at the graduate level at Oxford University.
Tom Dalton / President & CEO, ElectroCraft, Inc.
Tom has extensive sales, marketing, M&A and global executive management experience including positions at Honeywell, Nidec, AT&T and Tyco Electronics. Additionally, he has been part of two successful startup companies, one of which he co-founded. His experience spans motion control, semiconductor manufacturing, power management and sensing/IOT. Tom holds an engineering degree from Missouri University of Science and Technology / Rolla, and an MBA from the University of Southern California.
Daniel Drury / Chief Financial Officer
Dan is a very experienced Financial Officer and was most recently CFO of the ACS Group, a manufacturer of industrial process equipment with manufacturing sites in the US and Asia. Before this, he held senior positions at Airtex Fuel Delivery Systems and at Kinetek Group. Dan began his career with General Electric where he held positions of expanding responsibility within GE Lighting, GE Capital and what is now known as GE Consumer & Industrial. Dan earned a Bachelors of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Iowa.
Rob Kerber / Vice President, Global Sales & Marketing
Rob has been in the motor and motion control business for over 30 years, holding positions in engineering, operations, sales, marketing and management with ElectroCraft, Robbins & Myers, Reliance Electric and Rockwell Automation. He joined DMI Technology as part of DMI's acquisition of ElectroCraft in March 2006. He has an Associate's Degree in Electronics Technology from Brown Institute in Minneapolis, Minnesota and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Cardinal Stritch University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
C. B. Dang / General Manager, DMI Technology Asia
CB joined DMI Asia in 2006 from Nukabe Corporation where he was VP of Operations. He has over 25 years working experience and has solid experience in setting up operations in Hong Kong and in China, holding key management positions in Manufacturing and Business Development in the Automotive parts sector in Asia. He holds Master Degree of Manufacturing from Warwick University in UK.
